PAYMENT FEE
All services are paid in full before each consultation by the client using a credit card or debit card.
CANCELLATION /MISSED APPOINTMENTS
We request a 48hr notice for appointment cancellations. You can cancel via email, voice mail, or text messaging available through our HIPPA compliant patient portal.
ELECTRONIC PRESCRIBING
We prescribe electronically to most pharmacies and use the patient monitoring drug program (PDMP). As a result, we might have access to prescriptions from other providers. As our patient, you consent to use these services (access to your medication history and PDMP).
